It is possible to add eve mail on your website, however this can only be used in ingame eve sites while using eve.

No its not, it would give spammers the posibility to spam you without beeing able to get caught.

There are ways of keeping that from happening.
Such webpage would be in the myeve portal (emails would be automatically sent from a chosen char, same way you do when posting on the forums).
To make it even more secure, a random password generator would be employed. The message would not be sent away if you don't type the password that would be shown to you as an image.
