Add onto that extreme skills, such as drone interfacing lvl 5 (20% extra dmg), medium blaster spec lvl 5, etc etc and then replace all low slots (5 i believe) with the best faction/officer/whatever mag stabs in game that will be the one with the highest dps I expect.

Surely you mean the other way around. Astarte has a second damage bonus to turrets and if you carry drones you can expect them to be taken out first anyway, especially if they are T2.

If you go full tang then you can kill anything other races can do that to but there are some ships out there that can do tank and have good dps but they are not amarr. "Staying Power" = how long you can last. I bet you most amarr ships can out tank an opponents dps solo without a "full" tank as you say. You figure the rest out. There is more than one way to break an egg...

We blew it up the other day, though. when you're talking about 7x tech 2 neutron blasters and 2 damage bonuses, 1300 dps can kinda make sense I guess. We had a Hyperion and a Domi on that guy's astarte, and he had the Hyperion at 10% hull before his astarte popped.

Astarte: Neuts/cormack MFS/5 med drones = 1248.643 dps Eos: Neuts/cormack MFS/5 heavy drones = 1164.906 dps Absolution: This one was interesting, Heavy pulse/1 CRUISE missile launcher/2 RCU/4 HS/1 BCU/5 light drones = 976.514 dps So to answer the OP's question, "Any race able to beat?" Obviously yes, and for that matter, your own setup isn't max damage. But then again I'm 99% sure mine isn't either.
