I've noticed odd behaviour with my capacitor lately, and some others have noticed it too: the capacitor runs empty extraordinarily quickly:
- Just flying in my regular Afterburner brings my cap down to a stable point of 74% (EFT says should be 92%) - I get only 5 cycles or so out of my repairer before my cap runs dry (normally 10-12 cycles) - Making long warps sometimes empties my cap completely when it didn't do that before, and even then, I still make the complete warp
Some analysis showed that it looks like my modules (and warps) consume twice as much cap as normal.
Quitting and logging in again seems to work to remedy the problem.
Anybody else notice odd things happening to their cap? |

These anomalies can often be fixed by clearing the cache. |

This post is the reason why I have 100+ reps. I don't remotely balls the topic reference butt. Just sayin'. "For example, if you are thinking about selling a Republic Fleet Firetail as a regular Firetail, be sure that the market volume is high on regular Firetails and that there are plenty of buy/sell contracts for Republic Fleet Firetails. [...] The players most interested in Republic Fleet Firetails are going to be players flying regular ones."-á -- PB |

I've been noticing cap errors too - I was flying a Charon just a few jumps but whenever it went into warp it was like it was trying to initialise over and over again - the cap just went down in huge chunks until I was completely empty. I still went into warp but my Cap always ended up at zero. |

There have been issues with skills being applied to your ship, which would be in line with this - all your skills that effect cap may not be being applied properly. See if there's anything else that isn't working properly when you observe this cap bug? |

Another thing I have notices is changing fittings in a POS. The client hangs and it takes a long time to happen. I have asked others using the same POS and another one, they have the same issue. Ideas and stuff EVE - the game of sand castles, either building them or kicking them down. |

Been having the exact same problem here. Clearing the cache doesn't seem to solve it for more than a few minutes after the client restarts. Although for me at least, it seems to be a purely visual bug, as the capacitor will still run modules as long as it should. Also, once the interface shows the capacitor as empty, running modules will then seem to visually begin filling up the capacitor again.
Also been having a similar problem with shields |

Its been odd, I've had a similar problem with cap and the HP bars. They seem to be displaying incorrect information.
At least it makes missioning interesting. |
