This Character is called bloodangel1989 - There are 2 problems tho...
1. This Account is currently inactive, Which results in a lack of a Print Screenie :(
2. As a lack of a Print Screenie, I cannot show you the exact Skills.
I havnt got access to a credit card, so i cannot activate this account.
This is NOT a scam
The skills I can say that I know of off the top of my head are:
Electronics V
Engineering V
Caldari Battleship II
Gallente Battleship III
Ammar Battleship III
Gallente Cruiser V
Gallente Frigate V
Evasive Manuvering V
All Learning Skills IV

Large Hybrid Turret III
Missile Launcher Opperation V
Drones 4 or 5 (not 100% sure)
There are alot more ofcourse but I havnt played the account for 5months, I havnt got a photographic memory lol.
Starting Bid: 1 bil ISK
Min. increment: 100 mil ISK
Reserve: 1.4 bil ISK
Buyout: 2 bil ISK

If the account is inactive and you can't access a credit card, exactly how do you expect to transfer the character? You can't transfer off an inactive account to my knowledge, and you can't pay the fee even if you can...

Account must be inactive its a saftey feature for banned accounts

Thats the thing the OP is saying it ISNT active and he wants you after you've paid isk for a character he's "forgotten" half the details of, to reactivate account (ú8), to transfer char (ú11)... So you get to pay 2bil isk + ú20 for a character you get to know about 10 skills for..
