What it is:
-EH- is looking to rent out the NJU-QV constellation in delve.
The constellation has two systems with a truesec of -0.9 or lower, one of which is a dead end system. The pipe is rarely used due to the lack of activity in the region, making the area ideal for ratting and mining.
How it works:
Renting corporations will be asked to apply to Get in the Van. VAN. which has its standings set +10 to -EH-, allowing for docking to the stations in the constellation. The members of the corporation will then have access to any unclaimed system in the constellation (see "pricing" below). If certain systems become saturated with ratters, specific corporations may be asked to rat in another system. All corporations will be allowed to rat in ZXB-VC with no exceptions, also meaning this system will not be available to rent for exclusive use.
System Defense:
All systems in the pocket will have their sovereignty defended by -EH- each corporation will be contacted if the sov comes under any serious threat. -EH- has owned the space for several months with no serious incidents, and have agreements with the other locals regarding entosising sovereignty structures.
Pricing:
Prices will be determine based on the total number of people in the corporation, baseline will be 3 billion isk per month for between 2-50 characters in the corp. Corporations larger than 50 characters will have add 1 billion isk per month per 25 members rounded to the nearest multiple of 25. e.g. a corp with 130 members would pay 6 bil per month a corp with 140 members would pay 7 bil per month. If you would like to rent a specific system for exclusive use by your corporation, mail me, and it can be negotiated.
Rules for renting:
First Come, First Served - The ratting site you are currently using is exclusively yours until you are done.
The same goes for relic and data sites.
As a corporation, you are responsible for your members, any awoxers are expected to be removed from your corporation and the value of the awoxed ship be reimbursed in full by the offending party's corporation.
Paying your monthly taxes is mandatory. Not doing so will result in immediate expulsion of your corporation.
Any unclaimed moons are open to be towered, however, you may be asked to remove the tower.
NBSI - You are free to shoot anything neutral or hostile.
