When can I expect the Minmatar Carrier, the Nidhoggur to be decent? The description says that it is meant for "all out warfare" yet its current bonus is that of a giant, ineffective, logistics ship. The other Carriers at least have bonuses that allow it to survive in all our warfare and not huddled behind a POS with obscene non-combat capable fittings.
Why not give the Minmatar carrier something useful? Off the top of my head a bonus to Fighter velocity or Figther sig. radius reduction seems to fit the race. At least that sort of bonus wouldn't require the carrier to huddle behind POSes in order to even use its current bonus.
Another idea is just to give the Minmatar Carrier a remote rep cap reduction bonus so the damn thing could use capitol remote reps and have a tank. Maybe then people could use the thing in combat but even then the range and speed of a carrier is restrictive so only people within 45 km or so could benefit and lets face is very few actually use remote reps as it is.
Either way when can we expect something decent for the carrier?

Its Minmatar its meant to be gimped.
And no it will never be fixed as the devs are to busy boosting caldari.
Reamber we are playing caldari online not eve-online balance would just be silly.

yes, because caldari clearly have the best carrier too

At least the other three bonuses can be used in a combat setting.

Yeah but the Caldari carrier is about the size of (if not slightly smaller) than an Apocalypse AND apparently the center of it is at the stern of the ship, almost like she was broken in half.
