Like so: "Yeah, we won't be fixing the portraits-server any time soon, live with it. The work we're doing is focused at getting patch X done in time... [etc.]" Instead of: "It's being looked into." No ****? It's being looked into? :) - do you have a timeframe on that? I don't mind if you give the portraits the finger, but at least tell us that. The difference between announcing you don't really care about the portraits, and just procrastinating it all the time, and not saying anything is slim. Except at least if you say you don't care, you communicate, and are honest about it. [OMG! SMASH!]
