What makes you think you'll even get 2 billion with only 13 million skillpoints, I do not see real winner. He still needs extentive work on his support skills to even fly the current ships properly.

Nice start on a strong character DarkSio. Don't listen to microcephalic twits who post with a 10 day old alt. 2 Billion is too cheap for 17 months of training.
With rack of +4's, some hardcore engineering training, FoF's/Heavy Missle Spec lvl 5, and this pilot would be a very VERY deadly Cerberus pilot.

Atributes : 12/26/8/25/17 but the link is fine...works for me
and he can do lvl 3 missions for the Caldari Navy. He wasnt a mission runner
