I am up for sale.

u should really not tell people they have won, unless you mean it. The proper thing to do, again, would have been to send the isk back and let him know that you had already reached an agreement. nbd

As per Character Bazaar Rules.
Agreements on the forums or in game, or winning an auction does not guarantee a character will be transferred to you. The seller may choose to renege on a deal at any time, prior to the transaction being completed.

Its ok then, the rules cover you for being a complete and utter douche-bag. Decency prevails in most, not true here, no wonder people kept backing out on you. 4th time is a charm I guess, even if you don't have any.

The Rules cover me to sell to who I choose... you talk about Decency but are the one with childish name calling??
