Well I'm bored of EVE. I'm just having too much difficulty finding a reason to undock these days. I've amassed quite a load of ships and money in my time and the money I'm donating to my corp (whom I love  ) but all ships and mods go to whoever wins the raffle. Proceeds from the Raffle go to my corp once again but 25% of the money earned goes to whoever wins the raffle.
Here are the items I have which are in various systems:
1x Fully Fitted Absolution
1x Fully Fitted Zealot
1x Fully Fitted Pilgrim
1x Fully Fitted Curse
4x Maller (only 1 fully fitted)
Vengeance and Retribution, both fitted.
Malediction (crusaders is teh suk!) fitted.
1 Mammoth with full fitting of Local Hull Conversions.
TONS of every type of faction ammo
Some various crappy faction resistance plating.
And tons of various T2 mods and stuff. I'd estimate probably a few billion in assets overall your betting on.
I basically don't want anything to come back to since I always quit and come back.
So each ticket will be 10m a piece and you can buy unlimited tickets. Only 10m people, so buy now. I'll be assigning a number to each ticket based on the order it comes in. So the 93rd ticket I get will be ticket 93. I will then use a random number generator and input the minimum value (1) and the maximum value (?) and thats how the winner will be chosen.
No one from my corp may enter this raffle however just to keep it fair and unbias.
Just send 10m and an evemail to my character Scoundrelus and I will enter you in and put you in this forum post.

when i did battleship lottos awhile back, thats what i used. Its just a foolproof way to make sure you dont cheat
And it would probably get more people interested if there wasnt a way to rig it

Would be good to have a date the raffle will take place, how many tickets you are allowing etc.
And if you have a set amount of tickets you are allowing. It would be best to allow people to pick their own number you'd prolly get more buyers that way. I myself dont want a number such as...5... although it is random in my mine it would just be unlucky to get a number so low I'd get something around 47

In my opinion I think you should limit it to one/two ticket(s) per person, other wise with it really being worth billions and all those expensive ships and modules I could just throw 500mill in and almost guarantee myself the money..

If I do get sent an obscene amount of money buying like 20 tickets I won't accept it. I'm not going to put an official limit however I will use my own judgement depending on the size of the lottery. For example (just throwing out numbers) if the lottery consists of a total of 10 people max, im not going to let someone buy 5 tickets. However if theres like 200 people then 5 tickets would be fine. For now I'll take your advice and say 3 ticket maximum. However as the lottery will expand I'll add to that limit.

Nah, the 5 mil discout is issued after three people go for the 3 tickets for 25 mil deal. So far Flexd has sent me 30 mil and i sent him 5 back. So thats one, im confident we'll have two more by Saturday. Oh also the draw is indeed on saturday but i may be late in doing it because Saturday is Eid (Kind of like an arabian christmas) so i might be out with the family, but the draw WILL happen on saturday.

Its all in low sec since im a pirate who cant enter high sec, however I some high sec assets, not really valuable ones though. Oh and the asset list I put on my OP isn't the only stuff I have, I have additional ships, im still pirating so im buying new ships and if I don't lose em then they'll be in the prize. Like my T2 fitted Prophecy and stuff.

I have no idea what a password protected station is, and low sec is 0.4 - 0.1 and you can only have alliance owned stations in 0.0 (if thats what your talking about. I do have some belongings in alliance stations that even I cant get into but they aren't on the prize list so no harm done.

Wow thats really kind of strange, a person on my corp JUST said the EXACT thing. I guess I'll do it. Everyone join a channel called "Asset Lottery" in about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Also I will not be answering any questions in the channel, I've answered so many I have carpo tunnel, all answers that are relevant are within this thread. As planned draw will occur 3:00 EVE time.

I will contact the winner via EVEmail to see what the best method for them will be. If they are in the vicinity then I will personally hand them the items via direct trade. If they are far then I will put it on contract for them to claim.

Ok let me explain something, I'm only going to say this once, then people can do as they please and think as they please. Since I've announced this lottery I've been on EVE for 1 week working my ass off keeping up with question and answer sessions in chat and EVEmail. I've been spending HOURS AND HOURS more then I do usually just so I can catch ticket money as it comes in and input peoples names immediately to avoid disappointment and anger. I wanted to leave EVE in a fun way and at the same time benifit a corp who's given me hours of enjoyment.
Instead I have people accusing me of scamming them? After all the work I put into this? I've been playing EVE for nearly 2 years, I'd like to hear one person say I dishonored a ransom, or I scammed them or I dishonored a duel. Yes I broke a NAP once (must say it to appease Sakura) but that was only once. I'm getting absolutely nothing out of this deal. 75% of the ticket money is going straight into my corp fund, and the remainder of my assets into the corp hanger.
I didn't want to be rude about but heres the point bluntly, this was no scam, this was a perfectly legit lottery I worked hard on. If you didn't win and are angry, im sorry, but if you want to accuse me of scamming then kindly shove it up your ass. Thank you and good night.
