Nah, don't like her...too "photoshopped" and cluttered. I like cleaner, sleeker stuff. Pretty much the only sig of hers I really liked was your old one.

I agree w/ you Atandros. The Jericho Fraction sigs are about the cleanest sigs out there. They have originality in the artwork and slogans yet each one shows corp unity by using the same format. I really like them. I've changed my sig 2x since my 1st one. Even though I think this third one (inspired by the funnier forum threads) is unique. I think it's time to change AGAIN...

Athule has a great sense of humour and is very talented at coming up with obscure imagery to suit character concepts. Jericho was always envisaged as a neo-anarchist political movement with a radical agenda for explosive social change. Hence it was important for the sigs to be interesting, individualistic, yet suggestive of a hidden motive and master plan.
One day I might managae to talk our chaps into posting in the same thread ... we have a pretty diverse range.
My personal faves I think are Gan Ning, Miso, and Taker's sigs. They all say sooo much about the character and character role in game.

Jerichos sigs remind me of one of those multi-page, coordinated magazine advertising campaigns that leads up to a full page ad.

Gan Ning's sig certainly is my favourite overall in this forum right now. I agree with whoever said it that there are just the right amount of similarities on the NVA sigs, too. They really are very nice overall.

I like Miso's, and particularly Gan Ning's, best as well. I quite like yours graphically too, although it's nothing to write home about on the conceptual side. Haven't seen Taker's, though.  Why not let the public see them all?

Wow, I have gone this whole time without hijacking a thread or criticising anyones work for the rest of you who want to make sigs, and now you are slinging criticism. Ive even gone to the point of bumping some your thread up so you will get more business. So much for being a good sport.

I just expressed a personal dislike for your sigs, nothing more.
Although I agree that Chai N'Dorr's is real good. Especially like how well he blended the head with the rest of the body.

Alex's sigs are generally exactly what the customer wants. She can make them as cluttered or as sleek as the customer wants, and they will even conform to the EVE-Online forum sig rules, unlike Attandros's sig (greater than 30,000 pixel area based on length and width).

Alexandra do not take any criticism the wrong way, your sigs are classic too. Some may not prefer the design over others - and that's o.k. The cool thing with your's - all are a little different, well crafted and have your unique flair and style. (remember there was a whole thread of praise for your sigs ) Keep up the good work.

I wont, thanks. I totally know that every designer has a different style. Personally, I just have made it a point not to say anything negative about anyone elses designs, and it really irks me that someone I have personally made an effort to try and help by bumping their threads for work has to lay out an insult. Preference is ok, insults are not.

You make some very nice sigs Alexandra, I think it must be pretty difficult to include all the personal preferences and stylistic quirks that do you ... but I have seen some very nice designs. ;)

Where's the insult here? I said I don't really like your sigs, and I explained why (why'd I want to insult you anyway?).

Don't take a public opportunity to take a swipe at a competitor, it's low, anticompetitive and cheap.
Everyones seen my former sig, thats Alex's work, it's a fu**ing masterpiece and there was nothing but praise for it.
Maybe you're jealous, hmmm yeh that's it. Anyway don't behave like that, it's so not cool.

but conceptually why there's a bullet with "Jade C" written on it in Gan ning's sig ? (Miso, spvd, and biomass too)

Why do you think that me saying I don't like her work would make people automatically think her work is universally bad (if such a thing were even possible, as art is purely a matter of taste?)?
If I say that I don't like someone's style and outline why, without saying anything about either the artist or the "universal" quality of her work (only my preference), and explain the matter again in a number of successive posts, how is that slander or taking a public swipe against someone? I really, really can't understand this line of thinking.

Not been keeping up with the forums much recently so I missed this thread. I'm glad people like them - they're done like they are to make them quick to do and easy to leep all in the same style without getting samey.

Taker's is probably my fav. The title, quote and pic are all very original . Gan's is a close second tho .
I also like Jasmine's and Jeriel's titles. Wonky.

Basically he asks us to choose a title, and if he doesnt like it he changes it. :)
When he did mine this is all I asked for:
Director of Plausible Suspicion, color scheme grey's with red accent.

The best criticism I've ever heard came from my own classmates and complete strangers. The less you know the person critizing the better, they tend not to hold back. The best kind of criticism. Soak up what they say and apply it or not, criticism is just another tool to work from.
