No idea if this is true. A buddy claimed to have seen rats approach a Station even. Personally I would rather have rats on a gate than Tiller on a gate, but that's just me.

Yea, ive seen rats spawn at a station before, not deadspace ones aswell. And also in 50.00au safe spots, even at moons.
