Dear CCP, can you please give us a rough idea of how long the Ship reimbursment list is. I posted my loss 16 days ago and i know of others who posted 21-28 days ago with no reply. All we want to know is what is average wait time atm?
To all those waiting on reimbursments please post support to a waiting time estimate here.
Thanks

well they have to investigate each and every idiotic reimbursement request there is to weed out the really dumb ones and verify the ones that are entitled to reimbursement. that takes time due to all the idiotic reimbursements like "WTF OMGHAX!! THIS NPC CONCORD ONESHOTTED MY IBIS I WANT COMPENSATION OR ILL SUE YOUR BUM!!!!!!1111ONEELEVENTYFIFTYNINE!!!!" wich clogs up the system wich makes legitimate requests take more time. so i guess you will just have to sit and wait nicely.

I have had two open petitions for more than two weeks now. Before that I had one open for nearly a month.
One thing that annoys me is that they bother writing long paragraphs in their replies. Personally I don't care about DEAR SIR I HOPE YOU WILL ENJOY YOUR NEW SPACESHIP SALVAGED STUFF AND OH GOD THE BUGS WILL BE FIXED SOMETIME AND etc. I have never had a reimbursement petition that would have needed more than a single line, either; "here's your spaceship" or "that's a feature, not a bug". I know a lot is pre-made forms they just fill out, but a lot clearly isn't.

Mail them a couple six packs of thier favorite booze along with a handwritten letter explaining your predicament and that should help fix whatever your problem is.
Make sure you write that letter in blood too.

Just curious, is it a serious problem that killed you, or lag?
TBH, if they'd simply refuse to reimburse for lag that wasn't either causing a de-sync, or complete loss of server response for minutes, it's wasting their time.
I know people who've petitioned shiplosses because they were running a mission and died due to the 10-20second lag which they knew existed. The same lag that was having me activate my booster 20 or so seconds early as a result, without ever having a problem.
Remember kids, only you can prevent frivolous petition queues.

Mine is a gamebug that caused my BPO's to hang in the ether.
It's not frivolous and it's been more than a week
