Sorry for my bad English 
I found information about Hidden complex in Ziasad.
Can not find him, i try to use all avalible to me types of probes, and cover all moons, planets and one station =).
I used: (cover all system)
Radar Quest
Gravimetic Quest
Ladar Quest
Magnetometric Quest
Fathom probe.
Nothing found  - except one Amarr Shuttle.
I can not use deep-space probe - it demands 5 level of Astrometrics (in progress).
I found one Amarr shuttle in this system. And used near it:
Radar - Sift - Comb - Pursuit
Gravimetric - Sift - Comb - Pursuit
Ladar - Sift - Comb - Pursuit
Magnetometric - sift - comb - pursuit
Nothing found
On my scanner i saw sansha wrecks. And other players ships, BUT they were not in Local CHAT and in system!? How it possible?
to sum up: i wasted about 3 days, millons of ISK .. and nothing found =(((

The hidden complex in Ziasad is not an exploration one. You can find it with the normal probes. Nothing amazing in there, either. Some fun and some bounties but the main loot is a tag that used to be important for getting a navy battleship. Since the offers changed, it's pretty much useless.
One time we got a true sansha spawn in there though, so it's not all bad.

i can confirm the plex at ziasad, i remember it was very hard to find

Yes that plex has been there for a very long time and there is usually an elite sansha BS in the last level which drops some true sansha loot and the said tag which by the sounds of things isn't used anymore for the navy apoc offer.

The elite doesnt spawn that often anymore =(
To the OP: If you find it i wouldnt try to solo taht last level unless you have really good skills. The npc's scram and do hellashious dps if your not careful =)

does this plex still need a tag as key?
if so i have 20 in system along with 20 bms to the plex. was planning on selling but the first 20 peeps to convo me get it free
