Hey all, I'm on a trial account and want to pay for three months. How much is it all up? Is it just the $35ish US or is there more since im on a trial isn't the full game do I have to pay the $20 US and THEN the 35ish for the three months on top of that?

The $20 pays for the game client, and gives you 1 month free of gameplay. So you can pay the $20, then pay for 3 months after 1 month, or pay for 3 months right away, getting 4 months there

You need to pay the $20 for your account to convert it from trial to full. This is the same concept as buying a boxed piece of software off a shelf.
After that you need to purchase a subscription on the monthly/3 monthly etc basis depending what suits you. ------

Actually some companies make you buy the box and then your account. All the box does is gives you a free months play (EQ did it at one point and Final Fantasy XI still does it).
But the $20 as people have said. Pays for your account. Then you subscribe the next billing date after but you DO get a months play with your first $20. --------------

Actually I think you can just activate your trial with a gamecard straight off

Yeah but those companies suck, unlike CCP who are, naturally, ace. ------

One more question about it all. I applied, I paid the original $20 for the first month and the game, but I wan't to pay for 3 months on top of that but it won't let me until tommorow, when I won't be here with my mother anymore and will not have access to a credit card... any ideas what I could do about that?

Get a paypal account, link it to your bank account, pay a reputable Game Time Card selling website the appropriate amount through your paypal account, (it'll take a few days to process) then they send you the GTC, then you put it into your account and binjo banjo you win.
I've done the GTC purchasing through EveTimeCode.com and everything worked out fine for me, I do recommend them.

Hmm, I think that will take too long, A) I don't have any money in my bank account, just my wallet :P and B) I live in Australia and I haven't seen any stores etc here that sell them and I wouldn't want to wait for 2 weeks while I get it sent over from the US :/

If you're good and can make about 150M ISK in a single month, then you can buy timecards through the game. Basically, someone else pays for the timecard with real money, and then you pay them in ISK for the "service" of buying the timecard and giving it to you. There are a lot of debates over the hows and whys, but it works.

The GTC are not sent through the post, it's just a code that gets emailed to you. Also when i was on the trial, i just bought a 30 day time code for $15 and it converted my account and gave me a month game time. Even though people were saying i needed to pay to convert the game, i didn't.
