Hello,
My budget is 30B.
Things i`m looking for.
 Great Core skills (engineering, navigation, eletronics, targeting, armor and shield) - Rank 1 and 2 skills must be V
Great Support skills for weapon of choice (missiles or turrets) - Rank 1 and 2 skills must be V
Cruiser down specialist (small and medium T2 guns and ships) - no need for BS and Large Guns.
Focused Racial Pilot , no jack of all trades.
 Decent Name and no corp history (will pay few extra bucks for that)
Show me what you got !

Navigation skills are good though.
