Can't you just put it in the forum like everyone else? Now three dudes (not me, I'm just sayin') are gonna complain about click bait being against some interstellar law or convention to link an idea in lieu of publishing it here. Plus I like to complain about a wall of text maybe more than the average guy, but doing that to a one line link post just doesn't feel as satisfying.
You're kind of swimming upstream with this type of behavior. |

I dont understand why people ***** about BC warp speed. You are .3 slower than a cruiser... 3 tenths of an AU slower. That is better than frig/dessie warp speed relationship. T1 frig is 5 AU and a t1 dessie is 4.5AU. They have a .5 AU difference. If .3 is so terrible, put a hyperspatial rig in and now youre as fast as a HAC.
BS warp speed is actually nice to an extent. I can reload RHML, rep modules/HP while im in warp. The problem people have is they arent planning where theyre warping, and warp to 0 on a gate trying to race smaller ships there and then whine about the ship warping too slow. You warp to a perch and scope out the area first before jumping to a gate in a BS (well all ships, but especially BS).
If youre roaming with a BS, especially with a gang, fit some warp rigs. Its not that difficult.

With all due respect, even when i somehow agree with your point, the way you say what you want to say its completely detrimental.
If you add a Leopard that should push your "EVE mean warp speed" up even further.
You say "relative speed differentials" are the same which is just not true (e.g. BS/ ceptor = 2/8 =! 3/9 )
But, i do agree with the general point. Even when sometimes the idea of BS fitting a couple of Hyperspatial gives me the illusion of tactical choice making. |
