Xianthar Sha Kharn Corp Ascendant Frontier	Posted - 2006.12.25 01:47:00 - [1] Its my sad duty to announce that Sha K will be removing the ASCN flag within 24 hrs. I don't see any reason to throw any more mud than has already been flung so i will not discuss reasons here. We will under go a general standings reset, corps retaining the ASCN flag and a few long time friends with remain + all others are reset to 0.0. We now practice NBSI in 0.0, low sec and even jita if we feel like it (not even your haulers are safe) ^.^. Sha K is returning to pure pvp operations, no more POS's for us. We'll be doing some quick regrouping and then set out on a new adventure, i'm not saying what yet, but it won't involve mining lasers or sitting at a POS. Thank you to all the alliance's and groups that have offered Sha K a home over the last few weeks. We appreciate the offers and respectful comments we have received but for the time being we wish to stay out of alliance politics and just have some good old pvp fun while getting refocused on what we do best, small gang warfare behind enemy lines. When at least two other main corps in ASCN here up hiding their assets in empire under the guise of a Fountian operation, Sha K was defending the home front. They probably did more fighting in the war then all the main corps put toegether. During the course of the war I figured many times that if something went bad with my corp I could always app to Sha K. Can't really blame them for pulling out of ASCN now. Z

I always love it when people can't be arsed to read all the other post up until the point and time they post, just to ask a question that's been asked and answered 10 or more times before they post. Unless....it's the same person with all these alts that are just trying to derail the thread. Anyway, thanks to ASCN for giving me a taste of something big in EVE. I leave behind many people I enjoyed flying with, especially Tomcatt, and his invention of "wife-agro" (my misses still fails to understand what i'm talking about). He never did give me a good setup to tank it with though. Best time in this whole war was taking on Blacklight in FWST in his CNR, only to get owned. I nearly shat myself hehe.

I also remember you guys opting to stay when the others ****ed off the SA leadership. You did good for your corp and served SA well after that. I also remember you guys fighting to the last ship when SA was reformed and civil war with SE started, and how you chose well for your corp after that by (re)joining SA. I distinctly remember when G & co came to visit and SA subsequently broke up into 3 alliances, you certainly did well for your corp again and joined ASCN. At the time Sha Kharn corp was small maybe 20 people at most, and very new to the game. They joined us under the umbrella of TFA we took them places to fight, to mine, to learn. When we were asked to join SA we were asked to put everyone into 1 corp, we said no so that corps like Shak could keep their identity. SA had a change of heart and said TFA was too known as pirates and a change in name was needed we said no so they asked us to leave which we did with no blood shed. At that time Shak corp was getting very comfy in SA and asked me if they could stay in SA, and the leaders of TFA discussed the matter with SA and they were allowed to stay. Times were tough for TFA back then we were a group without a home(we had no idea back then having space sucked). So that was round 1 for Sha Kharn corp, round 2 was after SA broke up they left early, round 3 was the next alliance they joined, round 4 was the alliance ASCN killed in period basis which Shak were in(I am fairly sure). And now we are to round 5 when ASCN is in tough times. It is unfortunate that they have become such cowards, when they were in TFA they had promise and seemed eagar to fight.

It is unfortunate that they have become such cowards, when they were in TFA they had promise and seemed eagar to fight. i can't speak to the TFA days i was not there.... the rest of your history, is basicly wrong... round 3 and 4 do not exist, we went from stain to ascn...you may fault us for leaving stain but most that were there will tell you we fought to the last ship, we left stain with nothing, most players had 1 ship to their name (as i recall i fly to ascn space in an osprey), and fought G in ASCN starting about 2 weeks later with everything we had, which at that point, was not much. You can also knock us for leaving ASCN, thats your perogative, bottomline is we killed more bob than most and the alliance that was ASCN died weeks ago. never the less, please do not make up history for our corp, you have pull 2 alliance that you couldn't even name that we supposedly left, they didn't exist buddy we went from stain to ASCN. -xian
