So far every event has run at a few hundred (personal) loss because the budget is so tight. I needed a little wiggle-room, specifically if the event doesn't sell out. Additionally we have t-shirts this time around, more staffing cost to guide the pub crawl around, and some additional entertainment.
don't worry, i wont make any money out of this  every penny taken (and more) is spend on the event.

It opens at 11am and they'll be chucking you out around 12 hours later :)
So unless you live locally for transport home a hotel room might be a good idea :)

Also trains are expensive, would it be possible (please) for anyone coming from the Southwest area (Bristol/Bath/Chippenham/Swindon) to offer me a lift? I live in Bath but I'm happy to catch a (shorter) train journey to wherever you are and then pay you for the lift, cheaper than trains the whole way. I'd really appreciate it so if anyone can, please PM me in game. |

If anyone is still wondering about going and has a chance, do it. I've been twice and EVE_NT is just a fantastic event all around. The venue is great, the organization is spotless and the people are awesome :) !
