from the link above, do some not reckon that the thorax/vexor/opus/megathron look a bit more...smoother(?) than say all the other ships on that list? It seems the general trend is towards atron(taranis) looking ships in which you've got these organic bulbous nodes. It might have something to do with the backstory of the thorax/megathron being fairly recent additions to the fleet so that gallente are becoming more modern...but could we get more of these looking ships which just look completely badass? I think looks are quite important when deciding what ship to decide, obviously not THE most important but from an RPers perspective, a rather critical one.
Other races might have their disparities too but to hell with the other races, the gallente one's are what's important here 
P.S. Rax/Thron remind me alot of the Asgard ships in Stargate SG1...which is a good thing!

Linkage for the lazy
I'd rather say that there's some of the other ships that look a little too un-smooth. Thinking primarily about the Dominix, Exequrour, Incursus, and Velator.
The Gallente "look" is slightly organic (although I'd like to liken the new one's as aquatic-vulcanic) with round shapes and an over all compact design. Gallente ships shouldn't have too many protrusions (Incursus and Exequrour), shouldn't be too square (Velator), and shouldn't have a brown and rough looking skin (Dominix and Exequrour).
That said, the Dominix needs to be alongated, and it's lower metallic/white "shin" needs to go.
