Any word of when these will be introduced?
I've seen a lot of posts about players strip-mining Empire systems, but until these refineries are available those distant 0.0 systems will remain empty and bloated with ore.
I can understand why a lot of players are reluctant to move out there from a logistics point of view (not evryone has a fleet of Haulers at thier disposal), so I hope we don't have to wait too long for mobile refineries as I think they'll give an extra incentive to smaller corps to venture out into unclaimed 0.0 systems.
BTW, does anyone know what skills (anchoring & refine efficiency I suspect) will be required to use those refineries and how much you think they'll cost?

I believe it has been said they are commin out in tech 3, which is supposed be after christmas, so most likely before march.

Mobile refineries will be implemented at the same time as the cancel warp feature they said was installed on Chaos a month or two ago.
All joking aside though, it seems to me that the devs had a change of mind about the mobile refineries. My impression is that they now wish to have players build modular space stations?
