I just did The Assault (Serpentis as enemy) level 4. It is pretty easy (only 3 BS in the whole mission) and very profitable if you do it right.
Why? Simple. There is half a million pyroxeres in the first room. Always worth looking at the roids! 
It was especially useful, considering I was down to less than a hundred nocx in stock.

,,,, pyroxeres isnt that good  ,,,
Besides, i find it a *lot* more profitable to just keep running mish and leave the ore behind. Best grab in any mish is Omber, and even then thats not worth the time.

Pyerite is worth less than Trit atm.
Belt rats visit mission mining sites too.
There are missions with 400k Omber in them for nearly 2 years now. They've been discussed up, down, back and forth repeatedly and the pebbles are still in there.

As for not being worth it; well, with the price of nocx being what it is now (buy orders at 550, sell orders at 900 where I mission) I beg to disagree.

They would - if 0.9 had any belt rats at all. Its just a technical answer, Tachy is right in some ways, same as you. :P
