Running Spacelane (which I believe can give CNR offers) will take a LONG time to get to L4s. So my question is, 'Is there a demand, and at what prices, for Fleet Tempests or Navy Megathrons?' also which divisions of Minmatar and Gallente can give out Fleet or Navy ships?

The fleet tempest, however, is another matter entirely. The machariel can do pretty much anything the fleet tempest can do, just more effectively. It has more speed, an extra lowslot, and a tracking bonus. The fleet tempest just has an extra mid, which isn't that useful unless you're shield tanking. Long story short: you can make the fleet issue tempest useful in small gangs by running a shield tank and the fattest autocannons you can fit, but the machariel is generally more useful still. -Wrayeth "Look, pa! And its true CCP could gibve some touchs on it to make on par with other races stuff. Like add a 7th turret ( well the locations do exist... qafterall the storm got 8). Want a Cheap sig?

It is a great ship and though it doesn't have the shield boost bonus that the mael has however, it does have the extra mid and doesn't fly like a brick. so, some might say its the worst of the two worlds.. i'm inclined to say its the best of the 2 ships. its what the maelstrom should have been (same could be said for the machariel). but ccp coudn't improve on a current design, they wanted something with its own role and new concept... regardless how painfully retarded that concept was

Yes, duramalller setups depend on repping strengh as part of their run. A Maller is going to have roughly 15% less effective hit points in a dura setup, but it will rep 33% better. This means that in fights lasting more than one minute, the maller has more effective HP. So its a weaker duramaller with an extra low slot[so 10-20% more damage depending on the setup]. And in mission running, the ability to choose your damage type is almost a pre-requisite. So that leaves the CNR as a "standard BS with standard tank but more DPS" and the rattlesnake as a "standard BS with standard DPS but more tank", and with Gist-tanks, you don't need more tanking, so you naturally go for more DPS... ------------------------------------------ Every ship has a base 60-70% resist against the primary damage type of the race that is the least able to vary it's damage types.
