Is pirate slaughter lvl4 bugged? I finished off the npc's in the first room and go to activate the next gate but it's still telling me gate locked "grab your guns" This was after I had warped out and came back with my salvager to clear the wrecks before continuing on. Tried logging, docking, jumping to another system. Nothing worked. Also a weird thing. I targeted a structure and this is what I got everytime ...[ 2006.12.27 06:57:58 ] (combat) <color=0xffbbbb00>Your Devastator Cruise Missile hits Asteroid Colony - High & Medium Size, doing 0.0 damage. I get the feeling I'm pretty much screwed I just hate to take the standings hit.

Wait until after server downtime to allow the mission to reset, then see if you still the issue.

I bet there is someone off grid.
Fit out an interceptor to go as fast as you can, (t2 AB, full ODs (or maybe one Istab, not sure with AB), claw or crusader is best) and orbit something central at 700km.

Not heard of this issue before. Curious, and what if there *is* someone? Can you do anything about it?

the mission is bugged if u fly far away from the spawns + 150km i saw that also where a bs is orbiting you at 8km and when u try to lock it it says target is actualy 120 km away. after a few minutes the bs suddenly returned to a distance of 120km. happened to me both times i played the mission must be ships flying off grid or something

Same thing happened to me last night - flew about 150km from the second gate and all the enemy ships and structures suddenly disappeared, along with all my drones. Had to warp to a planet then warp back in to the mission, and it had all reappeared.
Thankfully the mission hadn't reset or anything, the ones I'd killed up to that point hadn't respawned.
But it's definitely bugged. -------------

Same thing happened to me in the 2nd room, + another bug happened in the 3rd room, ships showing to be 5km away where in actuallity outside of tractor beam range (20km) but inside target lock range...took a while and corp mates to sort out the looting.

Same thing still happening. Even after DT and clearing the first room all over again. The system seems to 'remember' that one of the BSes was pulled 150km away from the central point and still needs to be killed.

Yeah I was doing this mission the other night and some BS that were at 15k were suddenly at 150k, and then all of my drones disappeared. Then 3 titans and 6 motherships jumped in and I was tanking them, they couldn't break it so we all decided to squaredance.
Mission is hella bugged.

I got problems with that mission as well. -suddenly 2 drones was missing and was in distant space group in overview ??
and i couldnt activate the gate to next pocket after killing the npc's

I did it a few days ago and it was OK but it sounds as though it's on the edge of a grid and some of the rats are off-grid.

-flew around in the outskirts of the missionarea and at some points i only had to fly 115km out of center before every mission structures etc. suddenly disappeared.
I found my missing drones 158km away, but when i flew towards them and was 100km from them they disappeared and the missionarea suddenly reappeared in front of me... ...I was flying AWAY from missioncenter to get my drones, so how on earth can the missionarea reappear INFRONT of me... - really weird.
I dont wanna do that bugged mission and just have to wait a week before it expire. ...and never gonna take it again before it get fixed.
