Well after some thought I decided to try giving missions a go. I've always mined and killed rats in 0.0 to make isk. Now that I've started doing missions I was wondering exactly what ships I should be looting for the all the sexy loot. Everything or just the BS's or "boss" ships? I'm looking for the quickest way to make the most amount of money (hmm aren't we all lol). I can complete all the missions very quickly but if I were to loot everything it would take an eternity. So for all the regular mission runners out there what do you recommend I do with the loot.

If you are used to 0.0 loot, then you are in for a shock. I have not run lvl4's since RMR, but aparently only the new missions have stuff worth picking up going by what I hear.
In 0.0, getting top named gear drops ten a penny. I know people who cannot shift n-types, heavy dmishing nos's and arb cruise launchers for love nor money. Such drops are so commen, its not even a joke. Forget such luxuries in lvl4 missions. They just drop crap, and when you get excited, it may drop the odd limious now and again.

Fastest way to make isk on level 4's: don't loot.
The loot on level 4's has improved marginally since Kali, but only by virtue of the fact that several previously worthless modules have been improved sufficiently to become marketable. It's 90% garbage, and isn't worth the time unless you also intend on salvaging (and it's a toss-up on whether ot not this is worth the time), in which case you hit every wreck anyway.
Kill, leave it floating, move on.

The one beauty of the Drake is it has that 8th high slot that has basically one use: a Tractor beam. Most lvl3s I can just fly in one general direction and loot as I kill. Missions like The Blockade or Rogue Drone require I come back in a loot ship though to collect (Rogue Drone lvl3 drops >1mill in reproccessables).
