OK, this is driving me insane...
Hands up - who has found an Occult Interface BPC or T2 rig BPCs in Sansha sites so far?
Every day I hear of people who have found good stuff in Gallente or Caldari space. If asked those people say it took them somewhere between one and maybe six tries to get something sensible.
And here I am, scanning about all day and night, finding base 1 hacking and arcsal sites in Sansha space *exclusively* (no 2s, 3s or 4s so far. Not one!) and the best I got are salvaging components, all in all 3 datacores and 4 decryptors and...drumroll... 3 Armor Rigging Skillbooks (worth 90k). I must be up to like 20 low-sec and 0.0 sites by now :/
Am I just incredibly unlucky and other people DO find stuff from Sansha sites or are the droptables for Sanshas utterly borked?

Its the luck of the draw mate, i've hit alot of arc sal sites and quite literally less than 1in10 has turned up a container with anything other than salvage in, and even then it was only a jury rigging skill book, rather cheap i thought. Keep at it

Hmmm... so no good hits either. I think it smells...
And does anyone know if a site called 'Ruins' really JUST holds those ruins (non-interactable large collidable objects) or was someone in there before me and emptied it?

Personally I have been doing extensive exploration in the Stain region. So far I have found 2 Occult Interface bpcs, and at least 5 tech II rig bpcs. Corpmates found a few more rig sets, and I know at least 1 more occult interface bpc has been found in my alliance. Seems fine for me.

Yep they are around, but I stopped looking for them. Btw, I have found site numbered 1 to 4 for both hacking and arch profession. Nothing special really, slight variation of 1 (i.e. few containers and some NPCs).
Also, Finding one of those 'interface' bpcs is not the problem, actually building one IS!
Found out the hard way after trying to build myself a occult Tuner Interface, after 1 day at the amarr cosmos site with the hacking containers I had enough, way too tedious and boring for me (as is exploration).
