It's silly, costs a small fortune... But i'm bored at work and my ass am I doing anything so close to new years   All runs forever lol, 640hp per sec repaired + 48hp per sec regen.
Admitadly with crap resists  82/87/81/75  And it's not in any way NOS proof... And in fact it just sucks...
Oh well  Flame away, Or post something sillier

7x Draclira's/Chelm's Modified Capacitor Power Relay (1566.29% cap recharge amount, -26.92% boost amount)
2x Anti-EM Screen Reinforcer II
1x Anti-Thermal Screen Reinforcer II

SUMMARY:
1566.29% cap recharge rate/amount (not time)
6781.824 shield every 10 seconds (make that 678 per second) -or- 935 per second with higher cap drain (you have enough)
Resists 79.82/88.69/83.04/81.90
== (lowest resist) 3.3k EM DPS tanked -or- 4.6k EM DPS tanked with double cap drain
If that cap recharge is overkill for you (should be, by a LARGE margin) you can swap out to True Sansha Capacitor Power Relay (421.39% cap recharge amount, -23.27% boost amount) for a slightly cheaper, more NOS-vulnerable version.
I believe you couldn't afford to run the second booster then, but meh again.
Pretty crappy anyway, but who cares

How's this for silly?
Thanatos.
Highs: mixture of NOS/DCU
Mids: Sensor booster, XL shield booster, target painter x2, Quad lif MWD.
Lows: 6x local hull inertial stabiliser
This is my belt ratting setup (hold the flames please). I can align to warp much faster than a battleship, and with the MWD going, I can more than doube my speed.
Obviously I'll get a more serious setup when my skills are better.
