I don't see the need for these anywhere. What's happening with them.
I saved a few up for my r+d but he never asks for them and they were expensive.
Any ideas?

Thats the funniest thing I have ever heard.
When Exodus came out you needed those graduates. I guess the plan to make freed slaves into graduates. Or maybe CCP think Graduates are better for biomass.
How about make them into Quafe.
Too bad you cant get Graduates to help your R&D agent to get you a tech II bpc.
Slaves could be used at your Mining POS to get the second level of moon minerals.
Exotic dancers could be used to make your boosters work better.
Marines could be used to make your POS a weapon beast.

My R&D agent asked for them a while back, but not lately, maybe they got rid of that.

This is officially what you do with science grads (and janitors, and slaves):
Place in can.
Shoot can.
Laugh.
Laugh some more.
Go get a soda or something.

Maybe for you. Me, soon I will have a elite force of strippers, homeless, janitors militiants and marines ready to take over the Gulfonodi Republic Fleet testing facilities. Now if I could just keep them from raiding my drug stashes...

There is no plan...
CCP cut the old (hard-)coded missions system by a new one, a data driven mission system.
Hope for more flexibility and not so much bugs.
But now they have 2 departments and nobody is responsible for the bugs and/or content:
<last week in a office>
Coder: "it is very easy to use... later you will get a description... populate the correct data..."
Mission writer: "yes... but it is not working..."
Coder: "...write a bugreport"
Mission writer: "...bugreporting is down"
Coder: "maybe write a petition?..."
Mission writer: "I did it 3 month ago for the not working R&D-Missions... - but no response"
Coder: "hmmm... sorry, no time for such peanuts. I have to cut some other parts"
