I saw one in highsec and scared a jackdaw away with my brutix. Nothing spawned that would have a drop. Dun'Gal > Hal is simply an imperfect ai, though if drunkeness ever gets programmed into ai's I foresee both a hilarious and tragic end to humanity.

I live in null-sec though so I'm already the type of person who ventures into the unknown and takes on tasks when I'm not certain of my outcome. But I guess alot of people who choose to live in hi-sec don't understand how that works and weren't able to complete any sites because of their bad luck due to the amount of people they had to contend with that they're afraid of. From the prices I would guess only very few people are doing them, considering how easy it is to be at least self-sufficient for a couple of chars. Not that it really matters or is it easy to track. I am also interested seeing if as the price continues to fall, more buyers enter the market as making the isk elsewhere to buy them becomes a better choice than sourcing your own.
