Obviously with only a 72% eff rate your not anywhere near what a standard highsec merc outfit is at. But seeing as your play in lowsec it's not really that horrible of a thing.

I've hired all the big names before, and I don't understand why people are obsessed with BAW and POH. I haven't been involved with this game much for almost a year so maybe things changed since then, but from what I know, they have epic kill boards because they only go into a fight when they have a near 100% chance of victory.
I'm not saying its not impressive, they have a lot of patience! But I did not hire you for patience or for a green killboard. You are mercs for hire, I hired you to complete a goal. The problem with guys like that is they don't care about what you hired them for if they have to risk an actual ship to complete the task. When I hire Marmite or PIRAT these guys will welp a fleet to get the job done. Now that's a merc.
