In corporation and private needs i must to use jump clones very often in the way [0.0 <=> HiSec space]. Empire business in empire have not long in time as corporate play in 0.0, but i'll must to wait for 24 hours to activate my jump clone in 0.0 station.
May be is good idea to make a skill (in "science" and with heavy training multimplier and requriment i think), that will descrease jump clone activation time on 10% per level?

Once upon a time.. there weren't jump clones at all.
Simple solution: if you don't like the delay, fly manually. Or jump one way and fly the other, which would of course require two jump clones.

Because I want - it's only true answer. If I need it, than somebody else need it too.
More arguments - it will add more variety in the game, make more directions for training, connect 0.0 and empire space more closely, force peoples to draw more attention to inomorph psychology.

It's not a problem if you can to plan your proceedings. But as rule i can't (not by my fault) - and sometimes i need to be here and there at once ... If i'll "jump to" and "fly back" then i'll can't "jump to" quick at the next time - i'll must "fly to" manually. And it's not always possible

The 24 hour timer is lame. Make it more reasonable somehow. 12 is reasonable. 6 Would be better, and just about the smallest I think anyone could possibly need it to go. Anything below 6 would indeed be lame.
