Could have been worse - he could have gotten the killrights , then stalked and cargo scanned you until you'd fly a load of expensive stuff , then ganked you in highsec at no risk or loss.

You would think that. He was 2 years older than me, with T2. I killed him with just my dornes, at which point he had me at 40% structure. I was doign a mining job in my Vexxor. I use mining dornes and have some medi drones for in case of an attack.
Over kill. It was an unarmed itty...I asked him why he keeps attack us, he said...
BECUASE I LIKE ATTACK **** :)
He was helpful and gave the itty pilot some tips and a link to his kill board...
(Sos for my bad spellings, its newyears day and IM drunk  )

lol.... vexor = drone ship, drones = dead frig. Saying 'i killed him with just my drones' when your in a drone ship and hes in a frig doesn't make you leet.

basicly you just ore thief until someone in there coveter decides to do something about it and then you get to pick up some strip miners out of there wreck.

to OP u should always have someone in a hauler sitting with u in the belts as u mine - never let youre can get over 10k m3 if this doesnt work for u then u shouldnt be mining or fit youre mining barge with cargo expanders and .... find a system away from ours, jita and rens theres lots of 0.8 systems nice and quite with no stations or stations around the place where u can mine without seeing many ppl at all
