I have seen loads of player priates around the game and just wantd to know what i needed to do to be come one :P:P lol wanna try somthing new any idea people help me become one lol

It's really just a simple matter of running out to lowsec and killing people ratting and taking their stuff. It's not that hard a concept (and some would say not all that difficult in practice, if you can find a target).
Alas, you'll need a yarrster ( ) if you need to know about the finer points, as I am just a  .

As far as any tips and pointers... not being a pirate myself I can only repeat the highlights I've read.
Train up your engineering skills to lower the cap recharge time.
Train to use tech II armor repairers (shouldn't take more than a couple of days).
Train Propulsion jamming, this will let you use Warp Scramblers and Stasis webs. Necessary so that your prey can't warp off.
Ransoms, From what I've read here ransoms are probarbly the largest income for a low SP pirate. Wheter it is a mining barge that you have taken down to structure or if it is a pod you have scrambled. Always honor the ransom otherwise people will realize that even if they pay the ransom they get podded which means they are going to stop paying. Then you have a whole bunch of other pirates hunting you down for an explanation to why the all the prey all of a sudden stops paying.
As far as I've seen on vids, you don't need to gazillion skillpoints to become sucessfull.. all you have to do is be picky of your fights. Know the limitations of the ship you are piloting.
Look for a movie here in the forums named "The Punisher" by Ziva Daria to see what a determined pilot in a frigg can do.
