So, I was just out cruising a few days ago when I accidentally clicked "Show Info" on a planet - I thought "Bleh, time for a bunch of nonsensible data to come up"...
I was pleasantly surprised. Almost everything from orbit radius to surface gravity to mass seemed plausible...even atmospheric pressure was there  . Was this released with the Kali version or has it been like this for awhile?
PS: CCP, uh, you might want to change your temperature from K to C, having a molten planet at 253K or an earthlike planet at 27K isn't very plausible  .

They had the info there before, but it didn't have units after it, so it was very confusing.
Also, yes, I noticed the temperature thing too. Habitable planets have temperatures of 27K... prolly have a good heating bill.
Another thing I noticed is that the radius of most planets is 3-4 thousand km, even those gas planets.

I started playing in May and that sort of stuff was in there then. It looks different now though, because I distinctly remember being dissapointed that the planets that looked like they should have a population seemed to have stats that contradicted that. Was like population 0. Or lifesigns 0. Something 0 anyway. Forget what exactly because I haven't looked at it again since then.
So maybe CCP did change it a bit with kali, but I don't think all of it is new with kali...

The data are a bit flaky.
1276.1 g/cm3 ?
Plutonium has a density of 19,816 g/cm3, so what is the composition of this moon? Neutronium?

The storyline planets haven't been manually changed from random yet. My alt was surprised to find that her home planet didn't have a breathable atmosphere :-)
