No large capital letter in name. So not "Jorrrel1" but "jorrel1" - not "Norway" but "norway" etc. That helped with me. i guesss this is the problem you are having seeing you are so fond of capital letters! Banks all over the world are updating their 'intelligent supervising software' and they're all implementing the same very flawed idiotic rules when it is their turn on the update shuffle. The normal bank clerk gone software designer can't imagine that a customer could use the internet all over the globe, or shop away from their hometown. And they think they're doing a perfectly good job protecting their customer from his normal shopping habits. Most of them didn't even bother to implement a feature to check the account for long standing repeating payments. Yes, I know a couple of these guys and girls from two bank houses' IT teams and I'd be ashamed to be seen in their company by possible employers. They're extremely proud of their product. My roomates account activated just fine, and when I went to do mine next it said not authorised. We contacted the cresit card company and they assured us the problem was on CCP's end. If I don't see a response by morning I guess I will go back to playing Star Wars Galaxies.

The GM's 'solution' was for me to cancel my account, wait for it to expire, and then resub with the new card. I will be livid if that new card is still rejected. EVE is 20 steps above every other mmo I've played in nearly all areas but its 10 step below even the poorest mmo's in terms of billing.

While the system accepted my new card number fine on this account, i did not let me update on my 2nd account. I petitioned it after some hours of trails and fails, but the day after however, it worked like a charm. So I deleted the petition. Not sure where the problems lies tbh. But an advice would be to continue to try while you are awaiting your answer to your eventual petition.
