Summary: The following account will prove beyond a doubt that R0me0 is a scammer and corp thief. He did this to my Alyaia VonHeise account. What he stole was about 500m worth of isk and BPO's from me. But he says he has stolen 60b from others. (See last convo) Other Alts: TechHead (Link) and Xsaracoast (Link) (He also has 6 other Alts that he fights with.) I made every attempt to allow R0me0 to make it right and he refused. He isn't in a class with others here who stole billions. (Well actually he is. Read on) So he really is someone to avoid. He sells BPO's and GTC's. And while you probably can't get scammed buying GTC's from him I would recommend that people buy them from other honest people instead and by doing so the EvE community will show that it doesn't reward people like him. I intend to post this link every time R0me0 or TechHead posts so others will know what kind of person he is. EvE is really just a game.... and while the isk lost will set me back a month I'm going to publicize this so others will know about him and hopefully not buy from him. What follows are the details about this and links to screenshots, EvE mails and logs to prove my allegations. I have known R0me0 for about 5 months and first worked with him on small items to find out if I could trust him. Link I had no issues with him and I rented a lab from him for 60m a month which went fine. Then I rented a 2nd one and got a discount. There was an admin problem and he ended up giving us isk off for rent. So that was cool. Then his POS got attacked. It was almost taken out. I four hours on Thanksgiving day to help him regen the shields so he wouldn't loose it. With my help he got his POS unanchored and he moved it away to relocate. There were a lot of BPO's that were in the station from all the labs and eventually they were all given back. Including my Ferox BPO and 15 other BPO's. At this point R0me0 had done everything right and shown that he could be trusted. I even commented online about my thoughts Link So when R0me0 asked me for some isk for a quick buy of a Coventor BPO I gave him all I could spare at the time which was 214m. He said he needed it for a weekend... but that dragged for a whole week as he "couldn't find the buyer". Then I saw him trying to sell it on the Forums (Link) (but I didn't see that he had sold it till just now.) I commented in an email to him (Link) and he acknowledge that he was trying to sell it. Well also during this time of needing the isk to buy the BPO R0me0 said he was going to be renting labs again like he was to me before and I was going to let him use part of the 214m isk to pay for one month rentel of 15 lab slots. (rather then him give it back) He also talked about the IPO that he was starting and wanted to know if I wanted in on it (Link). I said sure... use 100m of the isk he owed and give me 20 shares. (Which he did) (Link).

But here comes the bad part. He had me come to Mulvaodai where the corp is to setup the Lab. I did and saw the lab and was able to get in (Link) and put in some containers and a salvager I BPO. I kept asking him in emails for two days what was going on with the Labs and finally I saw him online and he said that he was trying to work some issues out and needed me to put in a normal BPO like a ship one. Well the only one I had at the time was the Drake BPO I had with PE5 on it. So I stuck that in. It immediately disappeared along with some command BPO's I had stuck in too. And I heard nothing from R0me0 after that for two days. I emailed him and his alt like three to four times and then finally I get this message back: Link So I wrote to both R0me0 and his alt this: Link He doesn't answer but after a day I see him online and convo him and he comes right out and says he wants to know what I'm willing to give him to get back my BPO and isk. Here is the full log: Link I give him the weekend to think about it and that I would be posting the chat logs to prove that he is a scammer if he doesnĘt give me back my stuff. I write to him on Sunday and give him this link: Link
Then I wait 12 hours and convo him. Here is the chat log. (Very surprising) Not only did he scam me but lots of other people out of 60+ billion isk.

Dude, I think the separate thread where Romeo posts and says "Hey dudes, I'm a scammer and here's my alts" pretty much proves it on its own...
Unlucky anyway....

?[ 2007.01.01 03:08:31 ] R0ME0 > sat i actually tricked a guy to give me 1 small tower and 3 labs
That was me :-)
Sad to see this kind of stuff happen. But whatever. He did a great job i guess.
He also stole 3 bpo's of mine, which he was supposed to research.
Shame to see people turn into the evil. He was a nice guy and friendly. Him saying that he couldnt get me an insurence on my bpo's, because he just did a big investment in the new Battleship bpo's did make me think it was a scam(As we were only talking about 100mill worth of bpo's), but well, the eve-blueprints site made me believe in him.
Next time im gonna do background research!

To those of us that don't have billions upon billions of isk, and might have only a billion or two including assets... (many have less)
This isn't small time. That's damn amazing.

Moderaters note. The above is why I posted as many times as I did in the Sell forum. I will not be now as R0me0 took off his ad that he always had about Buying and Selling BPO's. Since he is now a confessed Scammer and Corp Thief I should be allowed to post "educational" information that relates to the Ad services that R0me0 purported to provide.

I'd like to say as one of R0ME0's competetors, ive never seen or heard of anything like this, hes a greedy entrpenuer, then again thats what the game is like, theft per se' is if he actually *****ed your accounts and then stole ur isk from your wallet, then CCP will do sommet, if its an escrow scam or sommet its perfectly legal by CCP's own rules ingame.
but im yet to see him scam, im only speaking from experience with him, and that if he has committed something bad ... your hardly gonna stop one of the most sucessful entrepenuers in game that ive seen.
my advise ... mercs!

The question is, since he has a website running for this, and hence real money involved in his scheme in EVE, if this could be food for laywers.
He is advertising with real money to steal your virtual property. Heh, not to mention all the real cash R0me0 has spent on GTCs :) I am laughing so hard it hurts, what a complete moron :D -- "Fear accompanies the possibility of death, calm sheperds its certainty." |

LMAO, get your facts right, i'm only commenting on this as you are so wrong, i have never spent RL cash on GTC, further more i have never paid subscription fees for the last 8 months. I play this game for free.. theres no way on this plannet i could justify spending $50-100 a month running my accounts..
The rest of your staments are bollox too.

Play the game for free eh? well thats fantastic..how is that you do that? I can think of a few, and all would mean you breaking the EULA.
It's funny though how you're still going at it R0me0, considering the crap you eve-mailed me, or whichever acclaimed second person it is controlling xsaracoast. To those of you don't know what im talking about, I got a sob story mail from him/her/it basically saying I was a horrible horrible person for a 3 lined sentence where I basically said "thanks for the warning".
Not to mention afterwards threatened to petition me for replying and supposedly "harassing" you, even though I was the one being harassed. You sir, are a dimwit. -

Funny, please take that dictionary, and lookup your own word, commercial, and then try to apply that in some form to eve-blueprints.com.
so ditto

Do you a deal, find in the EULA where i have broken there rules i will return all my isk..
I purchased GTC, with ISK i make ingame, whether that be ISK i have scammed or ISK i earnt trading, either way, last time i checked, the sale of GTC for ISK was allowed, and also so reselling them in game back for isk.
Every action inregards to my scams over the past months, i have confirmed with GM's/CCP as i wanted to make sure it was all ok and above board... hence why i am still here...

From your gloat thread: PS. I openly admit that Xsaracoast, my ex girlfriends account, committed corporate theft twice, once to the HORDE alliance, who didnĘt know me other than a new player and gave me full access to there POS SHIP ARRAY, there lucky I couldnĘt fly hulks, or it would have been more than 3billion in Battleships and LOOT.
While you didn't break any gtc rules, it probably wasn't too smart to admit the above. I ASSUME you didn't transfer the character since you use the word "account", and it wasn't your ex girlfriend playing since you refer to "I" and "me".

You can transfer a character from accounts, but you can't just handover an account, even one that is not being used. And yes, if players are skill changing for others that is against the eula, no one but you can access your account. Did you even read what I posted?

Owned. Sadly even though he flatly admitted that the account was transferred, I'd be suprised if CCP did a damn thing about it.
The question remains, since R0ME0 did break the EULA, will the isk be returned as stated?
