I have had this problem since the revelations patch. I have 4 accounts and it happens on all of my accounts anywhere I play. I have the same problem at home, work and even at a friendĘs house. It does not matter if I am running 4 accounts from the same location or just 1. Most of my corp mates have this problem too.
When I am mining with 2 accounts and tanking with a 3rd everything is fine. The problem is with the hauler account. If I leave my hauler in the base for more than 2 or 3 minutes that account will loose connection, but I will not notice until I try to do something on that account or see that user drop from local and gang on my other accounts. If I bring the hauler out the belt everything is fine and there is no connection loss.
I have been making cyno alts and cannot sit in a station and wait for a 15 minutes skill without loosing connection. Everything look good until the skill finishes and then the skill sits at pending and when you try to do anything is when you find out that your connection has timed out.
If I am doing recon and I am cloaked at a gate without any rats, I have to constantly check the market or assets to keep connected. This can be a real problem to have your connection lost and not no it until your corp mates are asking why you are not reporting the hostiles that are coming thru the gate that you are supposed to be watching.
I have tried to subscribe to active chat channels and this seems to help some, but I still get disconnected when I am idle on an account. I only get disconnected on idle accounts.

I am in Virgina, USA and I have this issue on Comcast, Verizon and Savis with different PCs.

I hoped that this would get fixed and I would not have to clog the pentition system. I will put in a petition for this today.
