It is just impossible to play now. Has been like this for a week. It took me 2 minutes to undock from a station in the deep delves of 0.0 (IT ISN'T JITA FOLKS!). It took 1 minute to see my ship after a jump. The lag is so horrible that my ship warps to a safe spot.
I am playing other online games like BF2 and my ping is excellent. Something has gone horribly wrong with the international connections. I am wondering if the quake in Taiwan might have done something to the undersea cables. I don't know.
Anyway, hope to be back in EVE soon. It is one of my favorites, but right now, it is impossible to play unless you are close to the primary servers in England I think?

You know, I've spent the last 5 weeks in 0.0 and never experienced a shred of lag until at least 40 ships were in the same 30km sphere. I do believe if your ship has such issues, the problem is on your end. Quite possibly an issue with a router to London.
I live in the West Coast of the US, and it's absolutely perfect. No idea what you're getting at.

If you're on cable or dsl with a leased line, you should just kick your neighbours offline.

No problems here either, except for Jita yesterday night where I logged out after trying to dock for 14 minutes

Ive been in 0.0 the past 2 weeks, with 0 lag. West coast of Canada, so no where near TQ in RL. Gotta be on your end.
Just because you can play other games perfectly, doesnt mean there is nothing wrong with your EVE install...

Ive been within 2 jumps of Jita for the last few days, experienced a bit of lag, but nothign major.
