Ok first off, I had a blood raider accelerator installed during the tuesday downtime. Secondly, I have just tried to cancel the training on my main character to train an alt, and it won't let me do it. I have no skill trainings on any characters and yet I cannot train my alt, it always instructs me to buy a PLEX to pay for multiple character training. I've double checked, I have no characters training and my alt can't train a skill without being told to pay for multiple character training.
EDIT - just tried wiping skill queue entirely on the main, doesn't help. |

Same thing on my other account too.
Looks like anyone who had a blood raider implant plugged possibly during the downtime they were removed can no longer set an alt character to skill train even if you've got no characters training. |

I don't have the implant on my other account but have switched training from one character to another (pausing and clearing the training on the other character like usual) and after several attempts, re-logging etc cant get training to start on the other character. NONE of the chars are training and ONLY the one that were training before downtime can start training.
To me it seems they broke switching training from one char to another when training without Multiple Pilot Training License...when fixing the Multiple Pilot Training issue.  |

It's probably not related to the accelerator. I had the same issue yesterday. Mine works, now, but others are still having issues. There's a thread in the Issues forum, as well as some posts in the patch issues thread.

Skills are properly messed up.
My log in screen & eve gate reported that my skill training finished 10 hours ago, yet i log in and its 1 day 2 hours to go. The difference is obviously the blood boost but its not syncing properly
Also Eve gatecis showing loads of skills not trained or missing.

Yup, I have the same. The skill was showing as being 94% trained, when I clonejumped to a clone with identical implants, I'm suddenly getting 60+% and extra two days of training. The BR boosters have long ran out by then, this was on Novermber 4th. |
