To CCP Falcon & The EVE Community,
For those that have a emotional connection to EVE and years invested into this world.... you will understand my words. For those that simply play it as a game and mock CCP for the work they do to keep this product in tip top shape, and you feel lead to make fun of me and or poke at me in my weakness... I forgive you in advance.
Real life is brutal, there are those of us who come into the world of EVE.. some of us for years now.. who have used it as an escape when real life becomes hard. There have been a set of events that have occurred in mine and my family's life that finally came to a head this week. My behavior as a EVE member was unbecoming for the past week. CCP Falcon attempted to reason with me, and in my anger over a misunderstood ordeal, I lashed out in a irrational manner.
I came up with a business plan that I believed had the best intentions for CCP and EVE as a whole, but I failed to take into account that people always view things from the negative, as in "What's his true purpose?" frame of mind. Believe it or not, there are a few of us who care about the company that maintains EVE, while most simply care about this simply as a game while you come into this virtual world and do as you want to other human beings believing CCP will not step in when you have gone to far..... to far as in allowing virtual-reality harassment to transfer into physical-reality harassment. Rare is the case, but it is turning into a real problem in our society and our very own EVE community.
As I stated, CCP Falcon tried to help me and reason with me while I was bouncing off the walls in a stray jacket, but my behavior unhindered lead CCP having to contain me.
You know..... in 7-years, I have learned that EVE has it's own life...... and sometimes even we veteran players wig out over being misunderstood and taken the wrong way by people's assumed views or misconceptions about our real intentions in trying to help the EVE community.
I simply wish for our EVE community to improve.... For the past couple of years I have seen a major problem with cyber-bullying in which people make it a game to harass other human beings in the real world all over something that happens in a virtual world. It's a serious problem..... finding people to tell them to kill themselves, making prank phone calls, sending them packages in the mail in a ill willed manner..... Not only is it simply wrong to do this to other human beings, but your setting CCP up to take major legal law-suit hits which will only damage their ability to further progress EVE and other really awesome products that we all get to build friendship and cherish memories through.
Either way, to all the true EVE Community, CCP Falcon, and CCP as a whole..... I am truly sorry for my behavior for the past week. We can only hope that we as people remember that even EVE players are human beings who at times do not have it all squared away.

It's pretty difficult to believe that you have anything but your own interests at heart when trying to charge people $5 / month to be a part of your corp, and it's challenging to believe you're sorry for anything more than being caught after pulling stunts like this multiple times.
A perma-ban is too kind a punishment for people like you.

Winter.... I'm not going to lash out at you. Your feelinsg are understandable. If you have any experience in running a EVE corp.... you will come to realize the nature and hardship it truly takes on a man's family. I served in law enforcement for 12-years. Out of that, 7-years I'd come home and try my best to maintain the social and emotional support of EVE players as human beings... and my relationship with my own family took it's own toll.
Even trying to keep officers recruiting and running fleets takes its toll.... people need incentives and all i was simply doing is exploring incentives. No harm was ever intended,
I also never got caught... I have always been open about my intentions and my ideas. You only known half the truths.... I have never tried to harm the EVE community. I have always went to CCP first, however people have jumped the gun before I even got replies from CCP. It's the truth and CCP knows I'm not lying.... So hey, no matter waht good you try to do, someone is always going to try to stain your name... but now you know the truth.

Why is it that every time I take a few days off, some major drama happens?
Can someone give me a link to whatever this was that seems to have gotten someone banned? I need to catch up on my EVE entertainment for the week.

Hey Man... I totally agree.... but the parts that suck is people don't know the whole story. When your looking at a 10-year veteran on your team behind doors and he's agreeing with your idea, and you both agree to run it by CCP first while seeing how the corp members feel about it..... and then someone goes to reddict and makes you look like something your not.. and then out of nowhere the 10-year vet looks out for himself, and makes you look like the one who's trying to rip people off.... I did more then shake my head, I just said "OMG EVE DRAMA ALL OVER AGAIN"... and lite a match to a 200man corp.....
Everything was completely thrown out of the true focus in how it was truly presented. And you know what... I'm the one who has to live with the scar that people assume I'm someone I'm not, and only time can prove my true nature.
So, please judge me by how I treat you... that's all I ask. |

That's only the start.
He also doxxed Falcon by posting their private correspondence to his own website, including Falcon's direct email; and then went on a tirade claiming he had an endorsed business deal with CCP (when he didn't) that was shut down by Falcon as a Goon pet. He posted all his, GM and Falcon's correspondence.
All the behaviour he complained about was behaviour he was actually conducting.
The whole thing was crazy.

Guys ... its real simply.... I've got the proof showing that CCP Cid approved the business deal... returned a toon as a business tool.... But CCP Falcon stepped in and tried to express to me that the right process wasn't followed.... I was too angry to listen.... and I flipped out like a crazy man... and I got contained.
People... when you read what others right... it's not the entire truth.... Give the "Person" a place to defend themselves.... The EVE burning at the stake is simply wrong.

Admiral Foxbolt.. I am completely lost on how it is that you can't understand the situation. You claim to be "for the good of the community, but pursure acts of personal greed. You are not the only person who's had to run a corp. Eve is a game..running a corp is a part of that game if you so choose. No one is obligated to do so..you obligated yourself to do so...just like many others. If Eve is a job to you..you need to do a major inventory or your life obligations and priorities. Where you think somehow your plight is worse or more important is beyond me. You have demonstrated greed, lying, and utter disregard for the eve community in your actions all while making the ludicrous claim you are doing it "for their own good". Many atrocities have started by people doing things for someone else's "own good". You stole money from players under the guise of a corporation. Paying a filing fee for an LLC or DBA doesn't make you a business..it makes you a fraud by trying to extort "donations", as you put it, from others. It wouldn't surprise me one bit if you hear from IRS. Gl with that.
You lied, you scammed real money from people, you impersonated a goverment official, you impersonated legal council..just to name a few...and now you circumvent a ban to continue you tyrade. The best thing you can do for Eve is to stop talking and go away. You have done enough damage and made yourself a laughing stock. Nothing personal. How long do you intend on keeping up this facade? You should consider yourself lucky that at this point no legal action has been taken against you...yet. I have read your posts...nowhere in any of it does it even for a second state that CCP supports what you do or formed any official partnership or endorsement. I'm sorry to say, if that is how you interpreted it...well..I'll just leave that alone. I know..reading is hard.
Nothing personal....I wish you luck in your future endeavours, but please...if you really care about the eve community as you preach...do it a favor and move on. You have only proven that the "poison" in eve is not who you claim it to be...but is people such as yourself. It's time to stop, uninstall Eve, and go on with your life. 
If I had a nickel for every time someone said women don't play eve, I'd have a bag of nickels to whack the next person who said it..
