Hello i am looking for a Rokh PVP build. I want to experiment with it so im looking for a long and short range build. Nobody seems to be able to give me a strait answer so i decided to post a topic

Try this. The powergrid and the cpu at the bottom are the max that you will have assuming you have lvl 5 engineering and lvl 5 electronic skills.
