Jovians are severely overrated, although they achieved a very high level of technology early on, their lacking drive to create powerful weaponry has allowed the other empires to catch up to them fast. While Jovians where the only ones to have things like gigantic motherships back in the day, by now Titans have even become availible to private corporations. Tech 2 ships can give any jovian a run for his money as well. Today the jove empire has a dwindling and sick population that isolates itself while the galaxy is passing them by.

i was wondering wat the hell would happen if a .. alliance for say attacked empire space and took planets, would they simply keep spawning concord to go in or would the dev's step it to elimiate the unbelievers?
