Its used for gallente invention. T2 rails/blaster, t2 drone etc.
Will include gallente encryption skillbook, some parts to build the damn thing, couple of different datacores and stuff to alter the outcome of the invention.

Just to clarify something, you can not invent drones or ammo atm. This interface will not allow you to invent t2 rail bpc, it's still go to make signal distortion amp.

Well ccp logic, cladari gets rail invention instead of galente.
