Looking to buy JF pilot with some industrial skills, would like production efficiency to 5, as well as jf skills to at least lvl 3, pref hardly any wasted SP but can deal with whatever just show me what u got. Looking to produce carriers in a lowsec poss. So if you have the perfect toon to do that and only that post it!
Cloaky abilities always a +
Transport Ships always a +

Very nearly JDC5.
Edit: Also flies transport ships at level 5, and can fly a Rorqual if you ever do any low/null logistical work. |

I'd like to see 4.5B. JDC5 is pretty important, however I realize not having trained JF past one is kind of a turn off but I will be training that after JDC5 while I wait for a buyer. |

if it had the ability to make capitals i would probably get the isk to buy it, but i would prefer a honed jf pilot only that i cud buy for around 2bil anyhow |
