I know i should use T2 blaster's but can't use them yet.
I am not sure if it will fit but it should end up some thing like that.
I plan to use 2 Sent drone's to argo the ships.

I havent sen so meny try to passivetank a Rokh but it has the resistance bonus so i wuld try it.
I dont fly a Rokh but i soon will i will try this for pve:
High
8x watever you like
(8 guns, 4missile + 4guns, Nos+Missiles, Nos+guns)
Med
3x LSE II
(Eventualy 2x LSE II and 1x Shield recharger II i havent counted on what gives the most Shield recharge per sek but the one thats the best)
3x Shieldharderner II
(Rat specific)
Low
as meny Shield power relay you need to make the passivetank work (Including rigs)
The rest DMG mods or what you need to fitt guns or so depending on skills, or if you need more cap recharge to be able to run the harderners forever. I have the tanking as primary dmg as secondary.
Rig's
3x Core Defence Field Purger I
(With no stacking penalty on these rigs and with no penalty at all sins sigradius wont matter in pve cos you wont meet any NPC dreads or titans)
I wuld realy like to know what ppl think of this setup?

I am not much of a passive tanker since but i don't think the rokh is ment to passive tank.
I think passive tank only works with a oversized SE.

setting for PVE thats possible if u got all lvl 5 engineering skills and cal bs lvl 5. you can tank lvl 4. Still the Rokh should be a long range fighting ship. So solo in lvl 4 with those Rats coming @ 10-15 km .wYou would have a nice time fighting them of.
I rather go for a smaller and better tanking ship like a command ship

I wouldnt use tech2 guns on a pve ship. Best named has much lower cap use which is much more important then +6% damage.

Rokh in PvE is a great DPS support against big things... but those pesky millions of drones/frigs takes forever... even though the first couple of them die during the approach.
Nothing so far was able to outperform the raven, though. And that with the equipment of the rokh costing aproximately 3 times that of the raven. *shrugs* What a surprise...

As I see it, the Rokh is a fleetsupportsnipership (long word ).
So if you do missions in a gang of 3-4, have the Rokh pop the incoming ships, when the small pesky ships are to close for your rails to hit em, launch your medium drones. Or well get a Domi, does the job better I think... 
Or let it sit out 150km and shoot small red flashing ships that comes through a gate.
IMO the Raven is the best missionrunning ship in eve.

1600mm armor plates are comparable to x-large shield extenders.
So what you really want is X-X-large armor plates?

ive been running lvl 4's for while now in rokh, i have:
4x 350mm rails 4x arbalest siege launchers
3x active tech II hardeners(1 invul) cap recharger, shield boost amp, XL booster
3x power diagnostic units, tracking enhancer II, ballistic control II
it tanks like no other ship me thinks
