You can't sell the account, only the character. You'll need to pay the $20 transfer fee to move this character off your account and into someone else's.

I won't use this account anymore, I cancel subscription, sell it and will give password to the buyer. He just have to activate it again with a valid credit card.
I already did it, what's the problem ?

Be careful - If seller wants this account back after selling, it can be done.
Original creator can reclaim at anytime, dont buy accounts people - you will loose it.

U already did it? So u obtained this char that way? Really smart to admit it, u want a ban or what? I strongly advise anyone not to buy this account until he changes the transfer rules according to ccp¦s.

Yes I already did with 2 others accounts I had, and I never had any problems, that just save 20$. What's the problem since I won't play anymore with it.

CCP can't protect buyers when it is an account changing hands. However, they can protect buyers when it is a character transfer.
It's in the buyer's best interest to ignore you and buy from someone like me.
