Some how I don't know if they hacked my computer, put a key logger on it or something but for the first time ever I have just had one of my video game accts hacked. The hacker stole just over 1 bil isk from me and 250 mil from my corp. Its all in my journal. I cant find the appropriate place to put this petition either under the catagories. Could there be any one on the ccp side that could help me on this issue or tell me what to do.

No im not... and If they would move the money back to its rightful owner that the money came from that would be great... That way even if for some stupid reason im trying to cheat the system it would go back to me. Whats the point of stealing it yourself when they can just move it back to where it goes.

I use evemon thats it... so i have now changed my password and am no longer using evemon which i downloaded from the official page... you all might want to do the same

he left some really shady reasons for the xfer too... im not sure what he put in corp wallet because my officer status was revoked almost immediately after the entire corp walled was emptied =/. But in my journal it says "thanks for help in fight" why would i pay him 800million to help me fight when at the time he stole it i dont even have a ship to fight with... I lost my ship in a wreckage bug on the 13th of december still waiting on a reimbursement for that, i took break for hollidays with family so i havent got around to buying a new one yet... so i find it funny i would need help in a fight when i didnt even have a ship to fight with lol. He took 340million and said " THanks for minerals and ship" thats funny... I again dont even have a ship... or any minerals so why would i say thanks for a ship and mins if he didnt even give me a ship or mins lol some people are just dumb

I just got an e-mail today from CCP saying
"We have noticed suspicious attempts to log into your EVE account
'*censored*'. To protect your account security we have changed
the account password."
please follow the link to reset it
"If you can think of anyone that might know your password, if you
have used any third party programs or if you have used the same
password on any other websites, please let us know as soon as
possible. That will help us find out who has been trying to
access your account and where they might have gotten your account
details. "
I wish they would give me an update of whats going on after it was escaltated by Ytterbaum. Im just left here in the dark wondering if someone can get a hold of where i live or my billing info with this info... kinda scared actually

Yeah i know what you mean the thing is I wasnt able to log into forums or game check email and it was there... I followed the link and it says your pw has been reset check email so i checked my email ccp had sent me a random generated pw that worked for the forums... I typed in no old pw or any info just followed the link...

it was in my journal so within 24 hours ccp knew the name of the guy he xfered it too. Ytterbaum responded in about 20 min... However im sure the guy deleted it by now. After teh escalation a week ago i have heard nothing... Im kind of freeking out the guy can find out stuff about me i dont like with this info. Not to mention perhaps my billing info because he had my PW?
