Leadership... Leadership is the difference between 3-5 and the underdog wins or 3-5 where the underdog gets smoked. Less than 10 min i was on the bad side of leadership. And to say the least im ****ed off.we had 12 gang members in system 5 bad guys. I was told rally at the gate i get there.. well there was a Drake/Geddon/Geddon/Inty/Raven. Now i was likt this is shi-tty. I was in a T2 AC tempest. What happened? how did 12 turn in to 1? Bad leadership like this makes me want to go back to being a pirate. Then i get told that the gang was not ready? Im Ranting!
But like the title says Poor Leadership. It can almost make you want to stop playing eve. I kn oit came real close to day.

mr upset at poor leadership why are u not in privateers ? we have 40 empire war decs bucketloads of fun and leaders galore skilled in actual constant PVP its a good way to learn or improve come join us and anyone else u know

Then try to take the leadership yourself? You might not find it as easy as you think.. Too many people out there feel that since this is a game they are free to do anything even if ordered orderwice. And this get more and more difficult the larger the corp/alliance is.
Also, its possible to ask questions, Like, have you all started to gather? Have the gate beem cleared? etc.
Be a active participant. It helps usually.

just give up call the leader whatever u want and simply come and join privateers where fun to be had and things to be shot.

i've been in that situation...if the leadership (gangleader(s) sounds like) can't take suggestions from pilots, listen to intel, ect, then its prolly a good idea to either
1. get out, its not gonna get any better if they dont learn.
2. have patience, be calm, listen to what they say.
of course it could also be that you didn't listen to orders...dunno the whole story but i've been in plenty of gangs to see 1 random guy mess up, or not listen, or whatever.

In my last Alliance i was a gang leader. Since im new i can't lead gangs even thou i have 400+ kills and close to 3 years in game. But o well. Im glad at least im not the only person who has felt the poor leadership short falls.

Seriously sounds like your problem
Your gang wasn't ready and you warped, don't be so jumpy, wait for official confirmation, or if anything, for other people to warp
