It's getting to be a bit of a joke. I sent a petiton via the website about my account 3 days ago, I paid for it then 3 hours later i tried to log in again and it said my account had expired. So i sent the petiton and after 3 days without any skill training running i just paid for my account again.
I sent a reimbursement petiton nearly 2 weeks ago and not had a single response back, not even a automated response. It's getting beyond a joke.

Don't expect a quick reply, I still got a petition out from 11/27/06. And have yet to hear anything about it.
I don't have a problem with authority... ...as long as it doesn't get in my way. |

This is the normal, I would have hordes at the complaints desk complaining about a lack of places to complain if this were in a shop or something tangable if you get what I mean. However to quote Arthur Dent, "I am British, I know how to Queue". However I patiently waited for more than a month before my petition went through, I got told to file a petition under "stuck" so as to remind them that I was still having problems. I swear its true, GM Spyro I think it was or something like that.
Note to all, What I say may be infact of a more humorous tone than comes accross. |

quick question--how does CCP respond to petitions--EVEmail, regular e-mail, or do they just "fix" the problem without notification?
I filed a petition about a BPO which disappeared, and have not heard back anything, not even a confirmation e-mail that it has been filed, or anything...is this normal?

They will respond, its just that it sometimes take a long time these days. --- Eve Wiki | Eve Tribune | Eve Pirate |

Edited by: Slack Scientist on 05/01/2007 13:36:06 Account petitions [as long as they are propely labeled] are usually done in pretty damn fast time

What I find absolutely disgusting is the lack of even an automated "We have recieved your petition and will be in contact in due course" message from either the in-game or out of game system
Or even better, how hard would it be to do a "We have recieved your petition, you are 10,421 in the queue and we estimate that it'll be 29 days till we respond" I'd rather hear the bad news up front than be left wondering whether or not my petition actually got there. ************************************************

Reimbursement petitions are for ingame items only! (and are answered not so fast usually).
What you need is billing petition, submit it either ingame or by website (left side links). --

I also have a petition which is currently active from December 25th, 2006 so thats going on what, 11 days now?
I suppose they will get to it when they get to it however it has put a crimp in my play ability due to the fact that it involves about 1.5b worth of equipment/items.
This doesn't make it any less frusterating though that is for sure and I would like to see some sort of official reply in terms of WHY the queues are so high.
