I've been on a bit of a posting rampage where it concerns Mercs that want to roll into the business.
People have been adressed by me for lacking the following:
 A business sense and the will to back up their claims.
Professionalism.
Groups or individuals that shame their own name by being utter tards in their merc threads and/or in local.
Also spamming "LOL", and "Yeh I pwned yur failfit ship fek i woulduh dun it for free just for lulz" didn't paint them a prettier picture.
Trustworthyness.
Some even go as far as faking contracts, fighting groups to pad their killboards with numbers derived from self appointed wardecs against Industrial corps.
Intellect.
The ability to gather intel and be prepared for whatever they may be facing instead of running blind with BC's into a linkboosted band of T3's, dying horribly in their own fires of fail.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM GHOST DIVISION
 Professionals that deal with you the way its intended to happen.
You need work done, they will go the extra mile and land the objectives with a little bonus icing on the contract-cake with a degree of smarts you'd normally expect from actual business-men.
Functional and competent memberbase.
These guys have the willpower, determination and tools at their disposal your average Merc corp will have a hard time to gather.
Quality mentality.
Not only will they see to it your money is put to its very best use, you will have a leadership that is very pleasant to work with, and more than willing to listen to speciality demands.
Smarts.
These guys are not easily caught off guard by the schemers that schemed their schemey schemes against your corp.
Oh no.
The Ghost division has been doing this business long enough to know pretty much every dirty trick in the book.
From cheese to guerilla strikes, you can be certain they're prepared for anything once they go out for the hunt.

You want your problems solved?
Tired of being forced to watch Masterchef Australia in your captains quarters with those scumbags breathing down your neck outside?

The sheer number of times i have gone out of a fight with my hull ablaze saved by the humble dcu and its 50% hull res is why i personally fit them on all my hulls (as the majority of pvp'ers in eve).
Yes, we are aware that logistics exists, and we even use them sometimes. We dont really use neutral logis.
Yes, we are very cheap - and people will get a dedidcated merc corp that will hunt its targets all over eve.
You have 190 kills this month because you camp the caldari/gallente fw pibe. You are not restricted to who you can agress, beacuse you (and your corp) are pirates. We on the other hand have to use locator agents, and neutral scouts to select and probe out our targets in a local channel with as many as 200+ people in them - and even then, most people just wont undock.
the kill you linked (twice) is from an incident where we sprung a log-on trap - **** happens and stuff die.
